CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

Confirmation:

Room reservations have to be made till July 15, 2020.
We are not allowed to book any capacity without previous official written confirmation from your side.
Please note if you have any special requests regarding food (diet, allergies, halal etc.) or need to book a transfer from airport to hotel.

Payment:

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number or a deposit paid by invoice, so as to be confirmed.
Directly at the hotel reception in cash in Serbian dinars or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Guests that choose this payment option need to fill in third part credit card authorization form, send us copy of the credit card and copy of the passport of credit card holder. Seven days before arrival hotel will make pre-authorization of the credit card, as a guarantee of the payment.
Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.

Cancellation policy:

In case the reservation is cancelled 7 days before the reservation begins, cancellation will be free of charge.
After that period hotel is keeping the authority to charge the penalties: in case the reservation is cancelled 7 - 3 days before the reservation begins, hotel is keeping 50% of advanced payment and after that period hotel is keeping the authority to charge all the penalties (100% of advanced payment).

HOTEL INFORMATION

Renovated hotel Sloboda – superior, luxurious 12.625 m2 edifice in Šabac city center has undoubtedly once again become the symbol of this town by the Sava river. City pedestrian zone is positioned right next to the hotel and one can step to the central city square right from the hotel. Hotel offers 95 accommodation units, with capacity of 285 guests (180 beds). It includes three multifunctional halls from 30-750 seats, the largest one offering 900 m2 and possibility of partition.
